Warranty & Repair

These terms and conditions govern the warranty coverage and repair services provided by Fei Liu Fine Jewellery (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for the jewellery items (“Products”) purchased online at FeiLiuFineJewellery.com (“website”) or  authorised Fei Liu Fine Jewellery retailers. By utilising our warranty and repair services, you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and extends for a duration of 12 months as specified on the warranty card or documentation provided with the Product.

1.2 The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that may become apparent under normal usage and care.

1.3 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, alteration, or any form of natural wear and tear.

1.4 The warranty does not extend to gift with purchase or giveaway, as they are not considered purchased Products.1.5 To claim warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original purchase receipt.

Fei Liu Fine Jewellery will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 1 year from the original date of purchase for jewellery, from an authorised retailer. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are also not covered under the warranty.

2. Repair Services

2.1 Our repair services encompass the assessment, evaluation, and restoration of Products that require repair beyond the warranty period.

2.2 Repair costs are determined based on the nature of the repair needed and the condition of the Product. An estimate will be provided before any repair work is initiated.

2.3 Repair services are subject to a separate fee, which covers labour, materials, and shipping.

2.4 Products submitted for repair must be sent in a secure and adequately protected package to prevent damage during transit.

3. Warranty and Repair Process

3.1 If your Product requires warranty service or repair, contact the authorised Fei Liu Fine Jewellery retailer from which the Product was purchased.

3.2 Present your purchase receipt and any relevant documentation to initiate the warranty claim or repair process.

3.3 The authorised retailer will guide you through the necessary steps to initiate the service and facilitate communication between you and Fei Liu Fine Jewellery.

3.4 Warranty claims and repair services are subject to verification and assessment by Fei Liu Fine Jewellery and the authorised retailer.

3.5 For warranty claims, if the Product is found to have manufacturing defects covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the Product at our discretion.

3.6 For repair services outside the warranty period, we will provide an estimate before proceeding with any repair work. Repair services will commence upon your approval of the estimate and payment.

3.7 For online purchases made directly through the Website, warranty and repair matters can be dealt with directly by Fei Liu Fine Jewellery. For details, please contact us.

4. General Terms

4.1 Warranty and repair services are non-transferable and only available to the original purchaser.

4.2 Any alteration or repair performed by unauthorised parties will void the warranty.

4.3 Fei Liu Fine Jewellery reserves the right to modify or discontinue its warranty and repair services at any time.

4.4 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK (England and Wales), and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of UK (England and Wales).

By utilising our warranty and repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fei Liu Fine Jewellery regarding warranty and repair services and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
