At the bottom of every newsletter, there is a link to unsubscribe. If you click this link you will be removed from receiving future newsletters from Fei Liu Fine Jewellery. Alternatively, you can email us to have your details removed.

If you wish to subscribe, then simply scroll to the ‘Stay in the Loupe’ section on the footer of the website.

When you have found the items you want to buy, select the material and size (if required) and click on the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button. This will automatically place the item(s) in your basket. You can see how many items are in your bag and edit them at any time by going to the bag icon in the top right-hand corner. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button to complete your order.

Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered on with the details of your order. If you do not receive it, please check your junk mail before emailing us via our contact form to request your confirmation to be confirmed and resent.

Yes, if you contact us within an hour of placing the order it may be possible to amend your order. If it’s regarding changing the delivery address we would suggest ringing our customer service team or emailing straight away. However, if you require adding another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order and then informing us so we can consolidate  your orders.

UK delivery: From the date of received payment we aim to despatch within 3-5 workings.

Europe: 3-5 working days.

Special orders will usually take between 6-8 weeks to produce for a fairly simple design. Please bear in mind that the production time is dependant on the complexity of the design and any stones we handpick for your piece.

Our silver jewellery is made with 925 sterling silver. Each silver piece is coated with plating to maintain its lustre and shine.

All our silver jewellery use a gemstone cut called ‘8 hearts and 8 arrows’ or simply ‘hearts and arrows’. It was invented in Japan in the 80s and is more commonly used on diamonds. The hearts and arrows cut comprise 28 more facets than the standard brilliant-cut diamond. These extra facets let more light into the stone, thus creating more fire and shine, which is comparable to that of a sparkling diamond.
