Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.
Orders in stock will usually take 3-5 working days for standard delivery (excluding Bank Holidays), and no order will be dispatched without full address and contact details. Express delivery is usually despatched on the same day, for next day delivery.
If incomplete details are submitted, we will attempt to contact you before anything is dispatched. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by logging into your account or contacting email@example.com.
For any queries regarding an order please contact the office. If any Fei Liu Fine Jewellery item you receive is not to your satisfaction you may return it for refund, credit or exchange within 14 days from the invoice date. Returned items must be unworn, not damaged and in a good condition.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
All orders for outside of the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail International Tracking for £15.50. Shipping charges are complimentary for orders over £300 to one address. Please note that your parcel may incur custom TAX, which Fei Liu Fine Jewellery does not cover.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If any item a customer receives does not meet satisfaction, it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date. A written notice must be given before the return of any items; this can be done via our contact form. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase and sent via a trackable method. Fei Liu Fine Jewellery will not be responsible for any parcels lost in transit. Please complete and include the returns form so we can process your request swiftly. On the rare occasions that items are damaged upon receipt, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return it. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of the invoice or any original packaging.
Postage for return items will have to be paid for by the customer. Once we have received the return, the items will be inspected thoroughly, and any damage caused by the customer through wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Goods finished in accordance with customer specifications or goods which have been clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the customer (i.e. engraved items) are non-returnable. All engraved items of jewellery are specifically for final sale and have been engraved according to customer specifications. Fei Liu Fine Jewellery is not liable for errors that are the result of customer instructions or specifications.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons);
- Tailor-made item, including bespoke and engraved;
- Jewellery which was not purchased and acquired through giveaways and competitions.
Note, that we cannot process a return without the completion of a returns form.
